Summer Device Take Home Program for Secondary **NEW**
All students in grades 6-11 will have the opportunity to take their device over the summer to continue educational learning. In order for students to take home the device, they will need to submit a signed parental consent. This Device Take Home Form (see below), must be submitted during the student's scheduled device collection date/time.
OPT-IN If a student wishes to Opt-in on the Summer Device Take-Home program, a parental consent would need to be signed and brought to the Library during the scheduled device collection. The student will keep their device over the summer. Parents will be responsible for incidents according to the District Insurance Policy.
Students who do NOT submit an Op-In form by the scheduled collection date, will not participate in the Summer Take Home Program. Their device will be collected.
OPT-OUT If a parent wished NOT to participate, the student will simply turn in their device and charger on the scheduled day. A signed form is not needed. Their device will be collected and stored over the summer.
