Turkey TROT RESULTS
The turkey trot was a success this year with 30 staff members participating.
Northern Lebanon Wellness Turkey Trot raised 119.4 lbs of food, and also included a $15 cash donation. Your efforts helped feed 62 individuals & their families (about 200 people!) this Thanksgiving season and onward.
New Program Information:
Biometric Testing on January 16th!:
We are also excited to offer our 1st onsite biometric health screening which will take place from 6:45-10:15 AM in the high school cafeteria during the in-service day in January.
Through a partnership with Wellspan, nurses will be onsite to offer a 10-minute biometric screening (free of charge and confidential).
You must sign-up for a timeslot to participate.
Once you have signed up, you only need to report to the HS Cafeteria at your designated time.
Included in this screening are:
• Height/ Weight
• Blood pressure
• Blood work:
Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides)-
Fasting glucose
HbA1c (pre-diabetic and diabetic screening)
