Russ Diamond

9/6/18

PA State Representative Russ Diamond graduated from NL in 1981. Prior to his election to serve the 102nd Legislative District in the PA House of Representatives, Diamond started his own small business which he still owns and operates, called Raintree Multimedia. As a legislator, Diamond’s proudest accomplishment has been “earning the trust of our community to the extent that they elected me as their voice in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. In this role, I have had opportunities to truly help individuals both in our community and across the Commonwealth.”

Diamond currently resides in Annville, PA and is engaged to the love of his life. He is a “rabid” Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys producing music and video, which is a continuation of his profession before entering politics. One thing that Diamond most appreciated about NL was Harlan Daubert. More than a legendary band director, Diamond shared that Mr. Daubert “was a good and decent man who taught us much more than music.” The following is Diamond’s advice for current NL students: Find something you enjoy and become an expert. Your future is only limited by your own imagination. Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot pursue your dreams. Always have some sort of project to work on.
