Tech Support

Elementary Schools

  1. Students should report the issue to the classroom teacher immediately.
  2. The classroom teacher will submit a device incident report along with the device to the tech department via the in-house "Tech Pony".
  3. The teacher will submit a Helpdesk ticket alerting the tech services department, and issue the student a loaner device.
  4. Tech Services will determine the repair and/if the incident needs to go through insurance.
  5. Once repair is complete, Tech Services will notify the teacher via Helpdesk and send the device back to the teacher.


High School / Middle School

  1. Students should report all incidents to the student help desk in the morning between 7:15 and 8:15 AM in the HS/MS Library.
  2. Incident reports must be filled out by the student receiving tech support explaining how the incident occurred.
  3. Loaner Chromebooks will be issued for students who are in need of a device (out for repair, damaged, missing, or left at home).
